NIOR LABS is committed to delivering your research compounds safely, discreetly, and on time. Below you will find full details on our shipping methods, costs, and what to expect after placing an order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Please be aware of the following:

• International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days.
• All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that research compounds may be legally imported into their country.
• NIOR LABS is not liable for shipments delayed or seized by customs authorities.

4. Packaging & Handling

All products are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form for maximum stability. Packages are prepared in a clean environment and include:

• Tamper-proof sealed vials
• Cold packs for temperature-sensitive items
• Insulated packaging when ambient temperatures exceed safe thresholds
• Discreet outer packaging with no product information visible externally

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ business days after the expected delivery date), or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@niorlabs.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, ship a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. NIOR LABS is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
