NIOR LABS is committed to delivering your research compounds safely, discreetly, and on time. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Below you will find full details on our shipping methods, costs, and what to expect after placing an order.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders submitted after business hours are processed on the next business day. We may place certain orders on hold for verification, compliance review, or inventory checks.
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:

Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
All products are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form for maximum stability. Packages are prepared in a clean environment and include:
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for temperature-sensitive items where carrier limitations make delivery risk unacceptable.
If your package appears lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ business days after the expected delivery date), or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@niorlabs.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. NIOR LABS is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
