This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from Nior Labs Research LLC d/b/a Nior Labs ("Nior Labs," "we," "us," or "our").
Because Nior Labs products are supplied for laboratory and research use, product integrity, handling conditions, and chain of custody matter. This Policy explains how we handle cancellations, incorrect items, damaged shipments, and other order concerns.
You may request cancellation by contacting support@niorlabs.com as soon as possible after placing an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to honor a cancellation request received before an order is processed for shipment. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment, has been handed to a carrier, or has otherwise been processed.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Nior Labs, research products are not eligible for return after shipment.
We do not accept returns of products that are opened, used, altered, stored outside required conditions, reconstituted, or otherwise outside Nior Labs' control.
If Nior Labs authorizes a return, we will provide written return instructions. Do not send products back without written authorization.
If you receive an incorrect item, a materially damaged shipment, or a product that appears defective upon delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

After review, Nior Labs may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, service interruptions, and events outside Nior Labs' reasonable control may affect delivery.
If tracking indicates a delivery issue, contact us promptly at support@niorlabs.com. We may request information needed to investigate with the carrier.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Nior Labs will evaluate documented shipment issues in good faith and in accordance with applicable law, carrier records, and the circumstances of the order.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method when feasible. Processing times vary by payment method and financial institution.
If an original payment method cannot receive a refund, Nior Labs may provide another lawful and mutually agreed method of resolution, such as store credit or replacement.

Nior Labs may provide accurate order, delivery, communications, and compliance records to payment providers when responding to a dispute. Nothing in this Policy restricts your rights under applicable law or payment-network rules.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Effective Date and will apply to orders placed after that date, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
